Admit it, you held your breath when they did just to see if you could do it.
I failed miserably.
I’m sorry, I’m so so sorry, but…
Let me start off by saying that I genuinely enjoyed last nights premiere. Capaldi is a phenomenally hilarious, senile old man and I adore him. The episode was rather darker than I’m used to with Who in respects to the antagonist (which I expected), but it was also darker in other aspects that I did not appreciate. Can we all acknowledge how literally the first twenty to thirty minutes was spent shoving pro-gay/feminist agenda down people’s throats? Naturally, some exquisite Capaldi moments were peppered in there so people didn’t stop watching.
If Vastra and Jenny were a heterosexual couple, the remarks made still would’ve really bothered me. Vastra wasn’t even faithful to Jenny, she was flirting with Clara the whole time, like what are you trying to say BBC? That unfaithful homosexual transpecies relationships are family friendly and fabulous comic relief?
I don’t think you’re doing many favors for the gay rights movement.
